accept returns or cancellations for international orders. Orders
typically dispatch within 15-20 working days but may experience delays
during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Upon receipt, inspect
your parcel for damage. If damaged, record a video and take photos, and
do not accept the order. Send the evidence to us for resolution. Track
your shipment using the tracking number provided via email and SMS.

artisans. Its authenticity as a handmade creation is reflected in minor
imperfections and variations in color and print. 

2. Color may bleed with hand-block, natural dyed printed products and typically resolves after a few washes.

actual product's color may differ slightly due to Photography and screen
brightness. 

4. Wash Care: Separate and light wash. Do not soak. Do not dry in direct sunlight.
