We at Sainsisters, understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Charges: Sainsisters offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Tax and duties: Please note that many countries charge varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

  • Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-20 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
  • Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at info@sainsisters.com or you can call us on our customer support number, +91- 95873 22747 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)
  • Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option with 150 rs extra shipping charges.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as CC Avenue.
